Yes, we refund the money you paid for the unlocking service in-case your phone's unlock code is not available. The refund will be issued as soon as we discover that your mobile phone's unlock codes is unavailable.

| I have a Samsung T669(b) from Virgin Mobile, in Canada. I've had two other companies, and one shop tell me it can't be unlocked. I 35388904020825/7 02tried codes on the net, and now it has phone freeze. Virgin REFUSES to do anything to unlock this phone, and Samsung says talk to the provider. Can you guys do anything? | WHAT A JOKE. GOT SENT THE CODE ON 18TH SEPTEBER 2011. DIDNT WORK. SAID I WOULD BE REFUNDED 19TH SEPT. IT IS 13TH DECEMBER 2011 AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. PLENTY OF EMAILS TO SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO IT BUT NO REFUND YET. IS THIS A SCAM OR WHAT. | |
